Kona Town Condo at Ali'i Villas: Kailua Kona Condo Vacation Rental

Jason responds very quickly to any questions you have both before and during your stay. The condo was perfect for my family. Convenient ground floor unit with an exquisite ocean view. We enjoyed having meals on the lanai and watching the sunset. Outstanding experience! The Kitchen is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool which is well maintained and just a short walk from the condo. Nice because it’s easy to access but far enough that you don’t hear any noise from the pool area. I plan on staying here again when we return to Kona. Thank you, Jason and family, for making our stay in Kona such a wonderful and comfortable experience!!

This Kona Condo was a perfect fit for our recent visit there. It is set up ideally for two couples and is very convenient to downtown. We enjoyed the ocean view and the beautiful sunsets from the lanai. The pool area is very nice, and it was great having pool towels at the condo ready for our use. We had excellent communication with the owner, Jason, throughout our experience, and highly recommend this condo.

...We loved our 2-week stay at Jason’s place. The listing and pics were accurate. Close to Kona, yet a real retreat — all we heard was the peaceful sounds of ocean waves. The home was up-to-date, stylish and comfortable, nice big lanai, great bed and pillows, well equipped kitchen, good shower pressure, parking spot right at the door, and all the usual beach gear ready to go. Everything as expected and hoped for. Jason was friendly, anytime-accessible by email/text, and accommodating with our early arrival and late checkout requests (obviously this depends on how quickly the unit must be turned over from guest-to-guest, but I can confirm that if at all possible he is more than generous). Highly recommended...
